This is a nice looking Dunkin' donuts on the inside I ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich with bacon egg. I thought... the sourdough was toasted but it wasn't. It tasted like a bland sandwich with bacon and eggs. I totally feelil like I wasting my money It's tastelessness. The only thing I get out of this sandwich is the protein I need to get my day but other than that, I will not coming back to this location again.read more

Consistently horrible service and incorrectly made items. Day shift isn't horrible, but beware if you go after 4pm as... accuracy on all fronts takes a nosedive. Items made incorrectly that had no modifications to begin with, you don't get the items you paid an upcharge for, the lack of professionalism is appalling and management doesn't care. Last inside visit included two employees dropping f-bombs for half an hour that you could hear storewide. They don't pick up if you call to let them know what's wrong or missing, and I'm guessing when corporate contacts them with our complaints, those are ignored too. Used to work here in my teens. What it has degraded to is painful to see.read more

Just drove from Illinois to Monroe for coffee, and doughnuts. They should've been open until 8:00pm. I was there at... 6:20, and they were closed. Drove up to the window, and there was a girl standing there. As soon as she saw me, she turned and walked away. They had all their lights turned off. Don't get me wrong. One star and that’s because the lady at the drive through was super nice and gave great customer service. But while... someone was yelling to take my order only to find out it was the manager being rude! Corporate should really fix this because there will be many customers lost because of the attitude of this manager. Seemingly hit or miss as far as quality. The first few times were great, last time few times I wouldn't use that word... to describe it. Got the avocado toast, which I have in the past. Got a med-sized gob of avocado spread in the middle of the toast. It was pretty disappointing, especially since they weren't that busy and coffee tasted not good also. Hopefully if I go back it's better, till I decide to try that ill just stick with driving an additional 15 miles than it takes for me to get to DD and just go to Panera in Fitchburg where it's consistent every time. Which I do expect for the prices they charge. Will update if I go back and I have a better experience.read more
