Everyone yelling they didn't know what they were doing let me coffee sit for 12 minutes before giving it to me order... took about 30 minutes to complete with 2 drinks and a medium fry manager very mean and dosent know how to treat his customers well workers nit trained well at all.read more

Bathrooms were dirty, and the floors in the lobby were nasty looked and felt like they were mopped with soda water.... Half the chairs were missing, so seating was limited. One sandwich was shimmy with grease and condiments everywhere, and the other was so dry our fries were ok but super salty. This store has gone south quickly within the last 6 months. It's horrible to say a few years ago this store was so much better.read more

Twice in a few days my to go orders were not prepared as I asked. It must be too difficult to read the screen or... printed ticket to prepare the order correctly. Total waste of money when your order has items on it you cannot eat. Not wasting my valuable money anymore there to have to throw the food out. I strongly suggest every customer check out their order before leaving the counter or driving away.read more

Ordering in drive thru was difficult. Had to repeat each item in our 2-3 times. But food was good and friendly staff.

Peak of a busy lunch rush with a large birthday party in progress, so take any criticism with a grain of salt.Food... quality was on par if not above average for McDonalds. Orders were hot and customizations were accurate despite similar items with different options.Only one person taking in-person orders, which caused a delay. I'm not a fan of kiosks, so I decided to wait. It seemed like the person taking orders was becoming frustrated but remained polite and efficient. Bonus points for being busy taking orders, receiving verbal instructions from who I assume was a supervisor or manager, assisting drive thru orders, and still finding time to assist people who have had their order taken.While occasional tables had crumbs and evidence of use, the dining area was free of trash. Not as clean as I would have preferred, but not uncommon for a place at the tail end of lunch rush.While our overall wait time was higher than one would expect from fast food, it could still be considered reasonable with the volume of orders they were taking at a time.read more

Got two quarter pounders. Both came out with mayonnaise on them. 🤮 absolutely disgusting. Manager for 10-5-22... @5:16pm handled the situation to the best of his abilities with me already having gone home. Not sure what the cook was doing back there.read more

The weekend night staff is a disaster… just went 10/01/22 6:00 pm…. What a horrible time… no one at the cashiers... window… tried to give my code after my order, and was told to give it at the 2nd window.. I pulled up and was scolded for not giving my code during the ordering of my food (which I tried)…. Then waited forever for my food to be given to me, which was cold. The manager was sweeping, rather than handing out food , to assist the lack of personnel. Breakfast Mon-Thur it’s fantastic…I’d avoid this place like the plague on the weekends.read more

Second time the inside has been remodeled since 1999-2000 when I used to work there. There's a lot less staff there now... and only 2 registers compared to when there used to be 4 or 5 in the past with a much bigger front counter and more open view into the kitchen in the past. There's a double sided kiosk to order at inside also though. There's a 2 into 1 drive through outside. Most of the employees are very friendly, but one wasn't being rude, but just a young man who doesn't have much of a personality or was just concentrating on getting the orders out. I'm leaning towards the former though. Interior is much darker now, but lit up with LED lighting balancing out the atmosphere inside. I believe it is under new or newer ownership of the franchise from when I worked there. The previous owners were pretty old even when I worked there over 20 years ago. Prices are pretty high as this is a tourist town for people from Chicago mainly. I don't think it's as good as it used to be overall.read more

Nothing but a bunch of high school students that throw together messy sandwiches.. over half the time you have to check... the bag to see if your order is right. They just don't care. Also do not order a happy meal, you won't get the toy. This has happend to me the last few times.. I'll wait till I get home next time to eat rather then be dissapointed by a McDonald's again.read more

We ordered 5 shakes. First of all they took about 10 minutes just to come out and we were the only ones at mcCdonals.... We had 3 shamrock shakes and 2 strawberry. None of them were mixed and half of the shamrock shake was strawberry. The strawberry shack was bright red at the bottom and top and white In the middle. Not blended at all. Didn’t even give us shake straws. This is rediculous. Not exept able Mickey deez… NUTSread more

Absolutely terrible, we orders for shakes 3 shamrock and 1 strawberry first of it took for ever to come. Second shakes... came non blended and one of our shamrock shakes had strawberry in it absolutely ridiculousread more

Worst service ever!! Order wrong, when corrected was told to drive to 3rd window, was forgotten, called on phone to... remind them was still waiting. Finally received & told employee mcdonalds obviously not worried about return customers or i wouldn't have been charged at all! Will never go backread more

Sucks they now charge u for any extra sauce u want on your sandwiche(s). Also I don't get the eggs on my breakfast... sandwiches,but they still charge me for extra sauce(think the egg costs more then the sauce)read more
