Unprofessional staff. Walked into the lobby for my pick up order. My order was sitting on the counter with the bag... not even closed and all the staff was at the back of the kitchen vaping and clouding up the entire place. Unbelievable.read more

Usually friendly service. Generally, the orders are missing items, like you might get a taco without meat, and you... probably won’t get sauce or napkins and there’s no way to resolve issues, because they don’t answer the phone. As easy as it is to put together a fast food order, it seems their hires find it much too challenging.read more

Went through the drive through last night. Said no sour cream, please do not put sour cream on ANYTHING. 3 times I... asked them to not put it on there. And of course my grilled was LOADED with sour cream. Guys... this was my first meal in two days.... and sour cream makes me sick.... so yeah... thanks for that.read more

This doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. We went to order and asked for 2 separate orders orders and they straight up said... no so we got our first order and drove through again and the workers hid in the back and wouldn’t answer. 3 cars pulled up after and they refused to answer them as well. I called and they answered and said they were still open but then in the middle of the conversation they ended the phone call. Terrible workers tonight and poor customer service. Very disappointed. If you are open you can’t refuse service and hide.read more

haven’t been here in a while because they mess up your food every single time and the workers are very rude. gave them... the benefit of the doubt that they cleaned up their attitude a little bit so we went back for the first time in months went through the drive thru and the girl working (said her name was kayla) was so unbelievably disrespectful for no reason. we didn’t even get food because of the disrespect we got. the managers need to either help their employees fix their attitudes or fire them. either that or this whole place needs to get shut down. absolutely ridiculous, as someone else’s review said avoid this place as if it were the plague. if i could give 0 stars i would.read more

Food was good but disappointed that the lobby is closed. No signage or warning if you are ordering from the app. Not... the kind of food that is easy to eat in the car. If you are traveling or live out of town like we do, the lobby service is so important.read more

We were on a bus trip traveling through Monroe, WI and wanted to get some simple tacos (20 hard shell & 20 Soft shell... nothing fancy) for the people on bus and the Monroe Taco Bell didn't want to serve us. We tried calling ahead so the order was ready but no answer. It was around 9 p.m. they are supposed to be open until 1 a.m. The bus obviously wouldn't fit through drive through so we decided to walk through, still they refused to serve us. This is the poorest service we have ever received. We were customers willing to pay good money for your product 4 hours prior to closing is just pure laziness.read more

Went to the drive-through window and ordered six tacos with a side of guac didn’t get my guac and when I called to tell... them that they told me it was my fault that I didn’t get my guac and we’re extremely rude to me and hung up on me I would not recommend this place ever to anyone. It's Taco Bell you know what your getting going there we were surprised at the drive through when the voice on the... speaker told us there were several things not available because they had run out some ingredients including lettuce and chicken I got 3 hard shell tacos which came without lettuce which was fine my companion got a beef chalupa which she said was good I got a pepsi she got some kind of coconut lemon lime freeze drink which she said was excellent. Just a normal quick food visit to Taco Bell.read more

Ordered through drive- through..... the nacho fries order was very small, the cheesy gordita crunch was placed in ... the bag 1/2 open( spilling out) , nacho chips were spilled inside bag & mostly crumbs, and the power bowl wasn't in a bag at all !! Why not put it all in a bag? Is it too hard?? To top that, they handed us a drink we didn't order! ( which we gave back)Always have issues here, 1 often made is no extra cheese (which we pay for!) High school kids running this place, no adults in sight. Cashiers act like they don't care at all! Spend about $80 a month here, keep thinking it will be different but never is. I wish Taco Johns was closer...way better service, and customers matter!read more
